Currently, restorations are completed manually by senior support technicians. As such, you need only contact our team to request your server be restored and we'll get you squared away as soon as possible!
Please note that our backup system runs every 8 hours at 1am, 9am, and 5pm CDT.
If you wish to convert this to your own time zone, we've found it's easiest to simply type "1am CDT to
your time zone here" into Google or try worldtimebuddy.com.
Backup files are only retained for up to 30 days.
If you are ready to proceed with a restoration request, it is extremely helpful if you're able to provide the following details when you start your conversation:
- Your Prisma control panel link (to the server you'd like restored)
- The date and time (12am, 8am, or 4pm CST/CDT) you'd like the server restored to
- Whether you'd like a full server restoration or only specific files restored
- Whether you'd like us to restore the server at a specific date/time or as soon as possible
Please note that we do not offer TS3 or bare metal backups. Web hosting backups may be available on a weekly basis but are not guaranteed.
