Currently, restorations are completed manually by senior support technicians. As such, you need only contact our team to request your server be restored and we'll get you squared away as soon as possible!

Please note that our backup system runs at least once per day at 12am CT and backups are only guaranteed in storage for up to 10 days.
If you wish to convert this to your own time zone, we've found it's easiest to simply type "12am CT to your time zone here" into Google.

If you'd like to inquire about an older backup or a backup at a time other than 12am CT, please contact our team and specify that you are aware that we do not guarantee backup availability at your desired date/time and you are simply inquiring. Thanks!

If you are ready to proceed with a restoration request, it is extremely helpful if you're able to provide the following details when you start your conversation:

  • Your Prisma control panel link (to the server you'd like restored)
  • The date you'd like the server restored to
  • Whether you'd like a full server restoration or only specific files restored
  • Whether you'd like us to restore the server at a specific date/time or as soon as possible
