Your server settings are all accessible through your control panel, Prisma. You can log into Prisma at any time here: https://prisma.cubedhost.com/
Once logged in, simply select the server you'd like to modify and then navigate to "CUSTOMIZE" > "SETTINGS". We've provided a bit more information on some of the settings below, for reference!
The first thing you'll see is the "Server Name" field. This is your server message, a.k.a. Message of the Day (MOTD). This message is publicly displayed in the Minecraft client when your server is bookmarked.
Some commonly toggled settings are whitelisting and allowing cheats. Think of each toggle as "on" or "off" and go forward accordingly!
If you are changing settings around, we encourage you to stop your server before you do so. Once you're done toggling, start it up!
View distance determines how far out players can see. It's important to note that increasing your view distance can also increase the demand for resources.
It's possible you may experience lag if you increase the view distance too much.
Tick distance determines how far out chunks around each player will be "ticked" or processed by the server. It is important to note that increasing your tick distance will increase the demand for resources. It is possible you may experience lag if you increase the tick distance too much.
There are various options when it comes to your world type. However, you'll need to create a new world if you decide to adjust this setting. If a new world is not added, you will not see a change when you connect to your server.
Please note that Amplified worlds are resource-demanding and may require higher limits of memory.
Just like you would do after adjusting the world type, you'll need to add a new world if you decide to add a world seed. Without a new world, the seed will not be used.
