Currently, you are unable to update any existing card details from your CubedHost account, though you may add a new card any time you have an open invoice via your Prisma billing dashboard.

Whenever you select an unpaid invoice, you'll be prompted to either select an existing card or add a new card. You may go forward with payment or simply close the prompt before moving forward with payment completion.

We are always working on improvements to Prisma, including updates to the billing dashboard. We appreciate any feedback you have, as well as your patience while we continue to implement missing functions/features.

What if I need to update my card details now and I don't have an open invoice?

If you need to add a new card and/or your existing card details have changed, please reach out to our team. We are able to generate your renewal invoice early or we may create an "Add Funds" invoice for you if you prefer. The latter option allows you to add credit to your account for use at a later date.

Can I remove my card details entirely?

At this time, we have not yet implemented a way to remove existing cards and/or card details from accounts on client-side. However, we are able to purge cards from your account on our end through our payment processor upon request at any time. You may reach out by email at [email protected] or through the blue button found in the bottom-right of our website (please be sure that you are logged in).

Does CubedHost store my card details directly?

For compliance and security reasons, we never store or receive your full credit/debit card details directly. For more information, please see this article.
We will never ask you for your full card number or any bank account details, nor should you provide this information under any circumstances.
