By requesting a refund, you are also requesting service cancellation.
Without payment, we cannot continue service for you. If you need to gather any files, please do so before you reach out. Once your service has been terminated, it cannot be reinstated.

How much money do I get back?
We offer full refunds within 48 hours from payment - no questions asked.
If you've past the 48 hour mark, we still offer prorated refunds.
What is a prorated refund?
If you've been offered or issued a prorated refund, it means that the refund amount has been calculated based off of your payment amount(s), in addition to the number of days remaining on your service's billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
How long after a purchase can I request a refund?
Refunds can be requested any time, up until the last few days of your service's billing cycle. If you only have 5 or less days left, you'll need to let the service run out.
Where does my refund go?
All refunds may be issued to either your CubedHost account or to the payment method used for the payment you'd like refunded.
We cannot issue refunds to an account not used to pay the invoice being refunded (e.g. If you paid using a card, we can't send your refund to PayPal instead).
How long does it take for me to get my money back?
All refund transactions may take up to 10 business days to process, unless the refund has been issued to your CubedHost account as a credit (which would be instant).
