Currently, the easiest way to request cancellation is to simply send a message to our team specifying whether you'd like your service terminated immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle. For security reasons, please be sure that you are logged into Prisma when you submit your request. If you need a refund too, please learn more here.

Alternatively, you may submit a cancellation request yourself through our legacy client area here.

Once a service has been terminated it cannot be reinstated. We ask that you collect any files you wish to keep before you request cancellation.
