Currently, you are only able to update your credit/debit card details upon payment. Whenever you open an invoice, you'll be prompted to either select the existing card or add a new card (only one card can active at a time), then complete payment.
We are actively working on improving Prisma's billing area, which will include heavily increased functionality once complete. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
What if I need to update my card details in between renewals?
Unfortunately, for compliance reasons, card details cannot be modified intermittently. However, if you need to pay for a renewal early, add funds to your account to ensure timely payment, or wish to update the card prior to renewal and are unable to pay the full renewal balance, please contact our team and we'll gladly do what we can to assist.
Does CubedHost store my card details directly?
